Hospital Bans

Yeah lots going on. As you may know I'm going to the Lords with a group on Wednesday. Very nervous. I had seen the article, I think I too found it through Forest. I believe it does mean that the law does not apply to hospitals in England and that there will be problems enforcing it however hospital staff live in fear of management and it will take some courage not to comply.
