We need to locate a family who have a relative in long care Mental Health Care who smokes. HMG have gone back on their pledge to exempt the long term mental patients. They have allowed an exemption until July 1st 2008. If you have a medical or psychiatric friend who is prepared to comment on the effects such a ban will have please can we know.
